Which rooster might be best to keep for breeding

I have a dominant white rooster, pekin bantam, I really like this colour and the combos it makes but the rooster is very flawed, body shape is all wrong and he has a messed up wing, I hatched two chicks from him to test if the white was recessive or dominant, and I hatched two roosters, one had wry neck and neurological issues so he’s automatically out, but the other is perfectly fine
What I want to know is if the father of the rooster chicks is safe to breed with, or if I’ll get more wry neck chicks, or if that’s chick being wry neck was coincidence or something else
Would I be better off keeping the original rooster or the son which has no issues yet put isn’t pure white
Dominant white I’ve heard is very rare in pekin bantams so I doubt I could find an unrelated one easily

Wow, dominant white is rare in Pekin bantams, and you got it. How is his wing messed up again? One wry neck doesn't mean much but if his father also has defects I wouldn't use any of them. I think this bird may be the half silkied bird we discussed earlier? I believe he is a chimera to be honest.

The father doesn’t have any physical defects, his wing just has silke-like feathers, the father is very healthy and has never had any health issues except for lice. The mother is a very good looking chicken, has no issues that I’m aware of
One son is perfectly healthy with no visible or neurological flaws
The other had bad wry neck that is mostly cured but he’s a bit special, and he also has feathers on one wing that are kind of messed up, but nowhere near as bad as , makes me think he wasn’t a chimera
I speculate the wry neck may have been because I fed the parents lightly medicated feed for about 5 weeks

Yeah it’s really cool that he’s dominant white, I wouldn’t breed from any of them if it wasn’t such a rare colour

Have you only bred him to one hen? Has the hen had chicks with other roosters without any issues?

The hen in question came from a line of show chickens, but I didn’t hatch her so idk if she has problems
This is my first time breeding with any birds of my own
And yeah only from that hen, she went broody

I would try hatching chicks from the hen under another roo just to check her genetics as well. Since the roo has a rare coloring gene and you really want chicks from him any hen would do if the hen turns out to be the problem. You could also try the roo with a different hen and see if the problem continues.

Edited for typos and afterthoughts
