Chickens shouldn’t get regular baths. They have oil glands that they use to preen themselves and naturally repel dirt, washing them strips their feathers of that. The only time you should clean a chicken is for showing, wounds, or if it got into something like poop or oil.

well he creates a big mess and become to dirty and turn brown from white so i bathe him once a moth and can i use baby johnson soap
 
If its made for babies I can't see how it would be any worse then any other shampoo or dish soap.
I agree with the other poster and don't wash my chickens unless there's a real reason to.
I'd do something about whatever he's using to make a mess and get muddy in before routinely bathing him.
