Which temperature reading do I trust? The calibrated one or the three non calibrated ones?

So, I calibrated the humidity of two hygrometers and temperature for a glass thermometer and a hygrometer (all different brands etc.) When I was calibrating, the glass temperature showed it was off by 0.5C. For the hygrometer however, it never went below 12.5 (it’s a digital one with a probe). I’ve placed them inside an incubator and the hygrometer that read percent lower in terms of humidity, and that doesn’t show the decimals reads 38. The other two temperature and humidity calibrated hygrometers read 38.1C despite one being put to the left and the other in the middle front so at different areas to make sure there are no massive cold spots. The glass thermometer however reads 37, and since it’s supposedly 0.5 higher, 36.5.

Yes - I calibrated a hygrometer that also reads temperature and a glass thermometer same ice water at 50/50 ice and water. And the other two hygrometers were only calibrated for their humidity using the salt-in-a-container test (idk what the name is for that lol)

I'd trust the calibrated glass thermometer. It's probably better quality and would probably have been easier to calibrate

Even though three different readers are saying similar temperatures to each other but different to the glass thermometer?

I would put the calibrated ones close together, and see, as if they're in different areas then one could be in a cooler spot.
I think the glass thermometer needs to be positioned so that the end isnt touching anything, also.

Yeah the two calibrated ones were close together lifted off the ground using one of the humidity calibrated hygrometer (the hygrometers were placed at different ends) - I’ve had to increase the temperature to 102F to get the glass thermometer to show 37.5C but the digital ones show around 39C. I bought some eggs - shipped this time since the I wasn’t able to get more from the same person and I felt bad for my friend cuz she was so eager to have ducklings, so I’m planning to surprise her with some! Bought the incubator WVducks recommended too.

Since they’d been settling for about 2 days and a bit (were mostly fresh and most of them were rolling), I’ve put them in - had the incubator running while I was settling them to adjust both temperature and humidity. They still haven’t settled so I’m leaving them upright and started the incubation process following a guide I found here by sally, I’ve put them in and am using the glass thermometer, but is that fine even though the readings three vs 1? With the eggs in I only have room for one hygrometer and one thermometer - could potentially fit in both calibrated ones but the hygrometer that had its temperature calibrated isn’t accurate in terms of its humidity and it’s got really a really long cable
