Now that you've verified it, I'd change it. That's almost a 5 degree variance though. What brand is that incubaor

Went to buy more thermometer they all vary by a little doe I think it’s the piece of junk incubator. I have my incubator set at 96 and that’s what it’s reading but it isn’t stable

Well, maybe someday you can get a better incubator and just use that one as a hatching one or temporary brooder.

I'd check into the Kebonnix. It holds only 12 eggs but is highly rated, even on BYC, and half the price of yours. The NR360 holds 22, and that's another decent one. It was my first one.

For thermometers/hygrometers, Govee brand are nice as they have a phone app so you can check it within BlueTooth range. This one is on sale, but they always have at least one on sale. For a bit more, they have several with wifi capability, so you can check on it while away from home.
