I have a flock of six adored duck hens. They follow me around and make me gorgeous eggs. Unfortunately, I do not enjoy the flavor. My good friend told me quail eggs have nearly no flavor. Have you experienced any eggs with a very mild flavor?

I have been vegan my entire life, and do not feel comfortable eating eggs unless I take care of the birds myself. Otherwise I would buy some different varieties and try them out. :)

I found duck eggs to be stronger and richer in in taste than chicken eggs, maybe due to their higher calories, fat content, and higher vitamin and mineral content. It didn't bother me, but the rest of the family preferred their duck eggs in baked goods.

How are you preparing them?

Have you tried home grown chicken eggs?
I've never eaten duck eggs but hear they are very rich.
Have also heard that some folks find even homegrown chicken eggs too rich.
