Its not just the comb but he has allot of red already on his shouldersSo is it the redder comb that’s making you all say roo for the one glw? I have 2 8 week old glw and one of them had a really red comb around this age and she still is a she...I thought she was a roo cause of the comb but then several people on here told me that Wyandottes tend to get redder combs and it doesn’t mean rooI’m new to chickens all together so I’m learning as I’m going!

I’ll try and get a better pic tomorrow or Saturday. On another note I just moved my 7 week old buff orpingtons and glw chicks out to my coop this past weekend. The girls have been doing fine however they have not gone up the ramp or used the perches we put in and have been sleeping in a heap on the floor in the back of the coop. Any suggestions on getting them to use the perches? Just need to give them time or is the ramp too steep maybe?
