From the photo, it appears to be an americauna I have one that looks almost identical. There are a few ways to determine sex. The most reliable way is to wait, it will become obvious pretty soon. You can also look at the saddle feathers (just forward of the tail), if the tip of the feathers are rounded it is most likely a pullet, if they are pointed its most likely a rooster. Another telling sign is to look for waddles, they usually develop early in males, but this is not always the case. That's a good looking bird. Those green legs are awesome.
That color is non-standard.
There are guidelines, like color, body shape, etc. that Ameraucanas have to meet. It is called the Standard of Perfection. Any bird that has some of these characteristics but doesn't meet all criteria are considered Easter Eggers.
