Which type of Breed?

From the photo, it appears to be an americauna I have one that looks almost identical. There are a few ways to determine sex. The most reliable way is to wait, it will become obvious pretty soon. You can also look at the saddle feathers (just forward of the tail), if the tip of the feathers are rounded it is most likely a pullet, if they are pointed its most likely a rooster. Another telling sign is to look for waddles, they usually develop early in males, but this is not always the case. That's a good looking bird. Those green legs are awesome.

That color is non-standard.

There are guidelines, like color, body shape, etc. that Ameraucanas have to meet. It is called the Standard of Perfection. Any bird that has some of these characteristics but doesn't meet all criteria are considered Easter Eggers.

Also, most EE have no wattles. Take a look at the SOP and inform yourself, here's the link http://www.ameraucana.org

Okay, I surrender. I don't raise show chickens. I do have a pullet that I purchased as an americauna from a hatchery that looks very similar to the bird in the photo.

Almost all hatcheries sell EE labeled as Ameraucana, Americana, arucana , and almost any other variation they can come up with.
I didn't want to sound chiding, but there is so much misinformation out there. We should try to educate ourselves before we try to educate others.
Pretty much the only places you can get true Ameraucanas are breeders. The only hatchery that I know of that sells Ameraucanas is Meyer Hatchery, they also sell EEs too :)
Best of luck with your EE girl, I have a few too and they are wonderful birds.
