Which type of turkey to get?

We can order Broad Breasted Bronze Turkey or the White Turkey as chicks.. Which would be better for growth rate, taste, disease resistance etc

For taste Midget White or Red Bourbon as for feed conversion either of the ones you are looking at though many of us on the board would rather have a Heritage breed. I never had much luck or cared for the commercial type bird and I prefer the smaller size. Getting a Heritage breed from a farm store is not easy most of them just stock the Broad breasted white or bronze turkeys. There are plenty of turkey lovers on this message board who can help you find one. I'm hatching some that I found from this board way easier for me but not for everyone.
