Which types of chickens have variable feather colors?

The only breeds I can think of are Easter Eggers (since they are hybrids) and Turkens, and I believe there is an Oriental breed that can be several different colors.

To clarify, I don't mean VARIETIES / COLORS within breeds (e.g., Red Silkies, Buff Silkies, Blue Silkies, Black Silkies, etc.) but breeds that are not a set color. For example, if I understand correctly, Turkens might be white, or buff, or black, or....

And of course there is a good deal of variability among EE's.

Any others?

I don't think that Aracona's do, but I could be wrong.

There are 8 different colors of ameraucanas and the way I understand it is that if the bird does not conform to those 8 colors and the other set standards then they are EEs. As for Turkens or Naked Necks, you can get those in Blue, White, Black, Red, Buff, and I am sure a bunch of other colors. I may have misunderstood what you were asking but many breeds come in several colors for example Orpingtons and Cochins. There are so many different colors of Cochins I could not even begin to list them all and they are creating new colors everyday.

Edited to say that an EE is nothing more than a bird who has at least one parent with Ameraucana genetics in there somewhere and the other parent could be anything from a leghorn to a silkie and anything in between. (this is only my understanding of EE) This is the reason why you see so many different colors in EEs. Its because they are a mixed breed or designer breed or mutt breed. Everyone calls it something different.

I don't think I explained my question very well. I'm well aware that many breeds have different varieties / colors; I didn't mean that. I was asking about breeds that have unpredictable variability in their colors. (Not referring to show birds). For example, if you order 25 EE's, you are likely to get a variety of colors. If you order 25 Turkens, you are likely to get a variety of colors. Am I closer to explaining what I mean?

Oh I think you are wanting to order one breed of bird but end up with lots of colors versus ordering say white leghorns you will only get white birds. I am not so sure I have the right answer for that and I apologize for my other post. I read your post a few times and I was just taking a shot in the dark that I was giving the right info. Actually I can't think of anything right off hand besides EEs that you will get many colors from a one breed order. I am assuming you are looking for standards. Heck I don't know now

Okay I just looked on Ideal hatchery website ( I just picked one out of the blue) and I can't find anything that will give you colors in a one breed order like the EEs but they offer assortments of one certain breed. So if you were to order one of those then you would get a variety of colors that are all the same breed for example they have an "Assorted Chantecler Pullets" and it includes three different colors of the same breed in one package. Does that help at all?

Basically he/she means like seramas you can breed two whites say, and get a buff, ginger, BBred, spangle/mottled. etc.. "wild varity" i guess you could say. A lot of oriental gamefowl lines will throw various colors an a "surprise every batch" it seems but not saying all will. Some American games as well.. Most other breeds though are pretty set in color/characteristics though so they aren't like that..
