OK, so I'm not expecting the chicks till tomorrow because McMurray said they would hatch today and would be here Thursday Friday or Saturday. Post office called me at 7am and said my chicks were waiting for me! Got them home just before the rain started...

They are exactly what I ordered (well if they all turn out to be girls they will) they look bright eyed and happy and took right to the food and water. 9 Red Star 9 Black Star 5 RIR 2 Araucana or EE's 1 Exotic.
My exotic is beautiful, my daughter insists on naming her Hannah Montana. I wonder what she is?

the one in the upper right corner is the buttercup chick, i think she looks similar to yours.. I'm not sure though I'm still pretty new to chickens

I'm glad your chicks got here safely and, hoping, you all are doing well with the storm? How is it? Let's hope you don't get another telephone call from the PO on T,F or S saying that your chicks are in! Wouldn't that be something!!! Stay safe!
