which would be the best

i have a hen rosey that has been limited to her light to 4-6 hrs aday cause we are trying to break her egg cycle. which would be the best to do. take her out in the mornings and bring her in early or, take her out at mid day and bring her in at her reg. bed time. i was going to break it up and do half in the morning and half in the evening. or would that be better? please any advice

In my chicken yard, there is more egglaying occurring in the morning. So I'd be worried that she would see the others laying and become inspired.
