whis is wrong with my hen?

I have a hen that has looks terrible. She has lost all of her feathers around her vent and the skin is flamming red. She poops out white stuff and it is stuck to her back end . Her feathers are missing on her wings and haven't really grown back. i thought she was molting. her comb looks healthier than some of my others. none of my other hens have any of these symtpoms.

i have bathed her, put lotimen cream around her vent, changed their diet, cleaned their coop, dusted the coop, given her yogurt. she is active, still eats well. she was in the nest box today, but i'm not sure if she is laying eggs.

Is this a super long molt? or is something else wrong with her. I'm about ready to cull her because i can't seem to affect anything to make her better.

Maybe a combination for things but the vent issue is the one you
need to be concerned about and first you changed the diet from
what to what and are you putting anything in the water or feed and
yogurt is good for cleaning a chicken out just as is will do to a human
as I can attest to or it sure cleans me out but that is another story ....

A natural medicine for chickens is hard boiled egg's shell removed
and the egg mashed up real good then served ....

Vent cleaned with a milled soap like hair shampoo then dried ...

1. What are you feeding now ...

2. Any thing being added to the water ...

3. Hard boiled egg twice a day...
