(Petal is a kit right)Without waiting for a response she bounced away and stopped by Herons den. “Heron? I have a question...”
(Yes)(Petal is a kit right)
"Well hi there, Petal," Heron mewed. He seemed a bit brighter today despite the rain.
Heron chuckled at his little niece. "Well, Petal, you sure can. I was hoping someone would want to be my helper. But there's a lot more to being a Healer you know." He plopped down on his moss bed and yawned.(Yes)
Petal mewed, “I’d like to be your apprentice. I know a lot of herbs, like water mint for bellyache and poppy seeds for sleep and pain and catmint for greencough. I couldn’t be a hunter or a fighter, I can’t stalk and I lose when we mock fight. So, can I be your apprentice?”
"Wait, where are you going?" Frog asked. He followed her out.Without waiting for a response she bounced away and stopped by Herons den. “Heron? I have a question...”
Ice lay bleeding in the corner. She had deep scratches on her back, chest, and left hind leg. It was painful enough to give her a limp. Her ear was also even more hopelessly torn. The rogue fight left her significantly battered, but with treatment she could be back in action soon. Ice also needed to speak with Heron.Heron chuckled at his little niece. "It's another moon yet until I can officially call you my apprentice," Heron continued. "But I think I can give you a bit of a head start." He turned and looked in the direction of the den's entrance as Sky and Meadow crept in. Sky had to duck to get inside, but Meadow's short legs spared her from the difficulty.
"Meadow here's hurt her paw while we were hunting," Sky mewed. Heron noticed for a second that Petal's older sister had a limp before Meadow stopped and sat. She brought her injured paw up to her chest. "I think I sprained it," she croaked. Heron glanced at Petal. "Petal," he asked with a slight smile. "Do you think you know how to help Meadow?"
Meadow stared in shock at her young sister. Was Petal really going to train as a Healer?
Petal blinked and sniffed the paw. She had Meadow extend it out and pull it in. “Hmmm... Well she did sprain it I think. I don’t know if there is a herb for that. I think we need to wrap it up and change the dressing once a day for a quarter to half a moon and don’t let her hunt and keep the movement light. She shouldn’t have poppy seed so early but if ITV really hurts she can chew on dandilion leaves to help ease the pain.” She blinked at Heron, desperately hoping she was right.Heron chuckled at his little niece. Dawn padded up to Frog and mewed, “Silly cat, let me help.”"Wait, where are you going?" Frog asked. He followed her out.

Frog walked in and nodded at Ice.
"You need to wash yourself better," she muttered.
"I don't think you are entitled to say that, in your condition," her son said. "Hello, Meadow. Is that Sky with you?" He tossed his head. He glanced at Sky's leg and winced. "Looks painful."
Finally, Frog walked over to Petal. "Healer? My daughter is really growing up. I like the sound of that. Would have chosen that position myself, if it didn't involve actual leadership skills," he nudged his tall grey brother, and returned to his muddy blue fur. Lick, lick, lick...
"I think Ice needs your help more," he said, nodding at her grandmother still bleeding in the corner.Dawn padded up to Frog and mewed, “Silly cat, let me help.”
Dawn walked over and worriedly started licking her and working at her wounds. Petal grabbed cobweb and put it on the wounds to try and stop the bleeding."I think Ice needs your help more," he said, nodding at her grandmother still bleeding in the corner.
"Woah, one at a time. I'll still be here in an hour to fix," Ice chuckled watching her frantic grandchildren in amusement. Her eyes were glazed as she relaxed. Her split jaw broke into a grin.Dawn walked over and worriedly started licking her and working at her wounds. Petal grabbed cobweb and put it on the wounds to try and stop the bleeding.
