Overhead you have to grip the handle with both hands and either point the tip down and stab or keep it level and slice. Stab is... well if you don't know what stabbing is I am kinda worried." She laughed and demonstrated.

"Yeah, I know what stabbing is" Noa said with a small laugh. She walked to the next dummy and tried to do each move

"Good, you will get better in time but for now that is enough. Practice hard everyday for an hour after bow practice and you'll be a pro in 2 weeks. Now, daggers are much easier. Lets go get one. When picking out a dagger it's similar to swords. You don't have to hold up your arm for ten minutes and the technique is the same but with the over head you grip it with one hand." Sam explained.

Noa smiled and went to put the sword back up. She then went to find a dagger.

Roger was practicing on a nearby dummy, moving easily and quickly through the patterns. He was glad to have a weapon in his hands again.

Noa paused and watched Sam, then moved up to her dummy and started to go through the sequence.

Roger watched her, then stepped back from his dummy. He smiled and attacked his dummy, beheading it and stabbing it through the heart.

Noa smiled "I think i'm starting to get the hang of this"

Roger pulled the sword out and turned to give her a short bow. "I do what I can" He said and turned back to the dummy to run through the patterns again
