White Americauna Roo with a Barred Rock Hen

Thank yall.

can anybody give me an idea about my original post?

Decided last night to move the 2 baby chicks to a brooder.....lot more secure. Mama put up a heck of fight that I wasn't expecting. Growing up we always just let the hen mother them.
Baby chicks are safe and sound now and hen is still sitting on 10 eggs all night and most of the day...they ve got till Saturday evening.

well 3 chicks hatched all together, but mother killed the last one that hatched. the other 2 are all black....so Im figuring I got 2 roos. Which I did need a new one. My old white americauna roo is not doing his daily duty(spreading his seed).

The 2 that hatched are now 3 mnths old. They are all black but when in the sunlight they have an iridescent color. Still not sure on sex.....No crowing yet and no spurs. Only thing I do know is that they are up early with daddy perched up outside with him while he's waking everybody up. I have no pics cause im not much of a picture taker.

Looks like you got your questions answered already so I just wanted to say, "Welcome to the BYC flock (a few months late)! We are glad you joined us!"
