Hi, my hen is not doing well. It's about a week or so that she is lethargic, doesn't want to eat or drink and she stands still, she has about half of her comb slightly purple and in this case she is more lethargic, but sometimes her combs become more bright and she is more energetic. She's about 6 and a half years hold and never had any serious health problem, but right now I'm a little concerned. Her poops about 4/5 days ago were small and half liquid but still brown, but from 2 days ago were first mostly white and today they seem almost like yellow droppings. What could she have? I don't know if this is a parasite problem, Coccidiosis or other things, we check for mites on her roost but nothing. The white poop is of yesterday, the yellow almost orange one is from today.
When her comb has the ends more purple, she is slower. 🥺

When was her last egg?

I'd work on her drinking well and eating her normal feed, if you can take a sample of her poop to your vet for a fecal float, they can tell you if she needs deworming or treated for Coccidiosis.
She laid about 3 weeks ago, in the previous weeks she also ate most of her eggs even with us putting two wooden eggs, so I don't think she has egg peritonitis or infections (I hope)

Today we tried to give her some food and water but she had preferred to eat some pieces of cheese (her favorite food) alone, still didn't see her drink but when we picked her up she had a slightly full crop. The problem is, we literally don't have a veterinary so we can just doing guesses and research... if we give her something for eventual deworming even if she doesn't have internal parasites, could it be dangerous for her health? And if eventually it's Coccidiosis, how high could be the changes for her to survive if in the next week we didn't give her something? Before this health problem, she laid about 2 times a week and was super energetic, so it was pretty fast.

If she's not laid then I'd give her Extra Calcium for 5-7days to see if she's able to expel an egg or material.
Give 1 Calcium Citrate+D3 tablet once daily.
It's possible she has something reproductive going on. It's not uncommon for hens to have Cancer, Salpingitis, EYP, etc.

Check her crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink, it should be flat/empty in the mornings. If it's not, then address that symptom. https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...w-to-know-which-one-youre-dealing-with.73607/

Encourage her to eat her normal feed, offer it wet or dry. Bits of scrambled egg, a small amount of fish (tuna, sardines, mackerel) can be given too.

With declining health, if she has internal parasites like worms, they can weaken her further. If you think she has worms, then deworming would be a practical step to take. Safeguard Liquid Goat dewormer dosing is 0.23ml per pound of weight given orally once daily for 5 days in a row.

Coccidiosis is usually not seen in healthy adult hens, but it's not unheard of in hens with a decline in health. Treatment for Coccidiosis is Corid. Liquid Corid is 2tsp or Powdered Corid is 1 1/2tsp per gallon of water for 5-7days in a row. Don't add any supplements that contained contain B1 (Thiamine) during the course of treatment.
