That's what aracauna look like over there. They can have tails and fluffy heads almost like they are silkie crosses.
 
Could be pullet, looks like cockral, I had one swore it was a roo, but ended up being a hen, and a very pretty great egg laying one at that... If it crows you will know for sure, lol....
 
I can't help myself; I am going to disagree. I believe it is a pullet. I really don't know how the old world's aruacana mature, however.
 
It's sooo red. =/ I still think roo. My araucana pullet is 16 weeks now and she is still NO red. But the little roo i have looked just like yours in the same age.

Here you have a pic of my pullet, she is around 14 weeks old on this pic, no red in the face at all (and all my other pullets in diffrent breeds have never been red either before they start laying).
