First you need to find out what it is. Are they fat tumors, are they Marek's, or something else?
Fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome is not contagious but could be an indicator of the need to adjust flock management to reduce fat on the birds and increase activity.
Marek's is contagious and can be introduced by wild birds. It would mean that you would have to close your flock.

Welcome to BYC, those look like Marek's tumors. If I were you I would email that picture to your local veterinary diagnostic lab's head avian pathologist and ask them what it looks like.

Don't sell eggs or birds from your flock, as this would spread the disease.

If you are talking about within your flock, most likely all have been exposed already.
