It’s raining and the wind is blowing pretty hard. Having an emergency with a hen who fell in a water trough. Can’t right now. He looks like a regular white chick unless you look up close

Looks like he darkened up.

I hatched a White Barred Chick from my Giant Silkie project.

It's very, very faint on my chick.

Note the headspot on the chick, this proves the Barred gene is present.

He looks similar to Lavender Cuckoo. But the parents used may not be carrying the genes.
