White BBS?

Hi friends, I purchased some BBS pullets today. The guy said they were going to be project chickens for him and just asked that I give him some fertile eggs or chicks in the future. He told me he calls them white Marans. I’ve attached a few pics. Thoughts on these?

I'm sorry, maybe I'm not thinking of the breed, but do you mean blue, black, splash for BBS? I may be blanking though Your second looks like a cockerel and they do look like White Marans

Oh yes, def a cockerel. They told me BBS = blue black splash. That the chickens will be white with black and blue splashes. I have no idea what they actually are. In fact, they have some darker feathers mixed in with the white. I’ll try to get a better picture later.

Huh, they look white rather than splash to me too. Odd

They definitely look like white marans but if are bbs might not have true color do to being a project
