"White" Black Australorp?

My 6 week old black australorps feathers are coming in and well, some aren't so black! Is this normal?

It's relatively normal. As he molts into his adult feathers the white will fade. I've only had one black who kept his white as an adult, he was culled

It's normal and common in hatchery birds. It goes away as they molt.
