White buildup around vent (pics)

Just noticed one of my pullet/hens has a white buildup around vent area. I need help identifying the problem for proper treatment.
She pooped a clear slimy fluid (egg wite?) just after i caught her. I rinsed her vent and cleated most of the white crud off.
I suspect Vent Gleet(spelling?) but thats just a guess.

Any suggestions?

It does look a bit like vent gleet which is usually from a fungal infection of the digestive system. There usually is a bad odor. Probiotics in the diet or water help, and sometimes an antifungal medication such as Nystatin or fluconazole given orally may be necessary. That may require a prescription by your vet. I would trim the feathers and keep it clean. Here is some reading:
