Well he's currently still filthy.
I'll have to give them a sand bath to help brighten him up again. The little spotted one keeps digging holes all over my backyard. I have three that are about the size of a baseball. For such a tiny breed, they're destructive!
I do love watching them. "HUFF HUFF I DED NO MORE HUFF HUFF Wait- DIG!" They dug themselves to sleep.
My carpet is also no longer blue from the ordeal... But they were sure cute. They made the funniest noises while they dug a hole to China.
I'm just glad to know I don't have to bathe another chicken. Candelabra ended up getting two baths. I felt horrible enough doing it the first time. I'm not cut out for animal bathing life.
