white chinese geese

hello all new member here.

i have chickens but had a question about white chinese geese. I was thinking about buying a couple
i have about 1 acre of land and was wondering if they eat a lot of grass, with gas prices going sky high
i thought maybe i could fence a part of my yard off and they would keep the grass trimed and save me
a few dollars also do they fly my yard is fenced. the fence is about 5 feet tall.

white chinese geese dont usually fly very high or far.2 geese on one acre and you will not notice any difference in the grass .they dont ony eat grass they also have to be feed other things

thanks for reply. I understand they don't eat just grass and i was thinking with 16 chickens and maybe two
geese on say half acre would cut my grass cutting to maybe one time a month rather then too or three times
a month. The main thing is them flying because i live by a highway if they get over the fence its bad news
