White crested black polish "it"

Puff needs a real name. Any ideas if it is a HE or a SHE??
They were hatched out on 4-25.

Any red color showing on the top of the beak where it meets the head feathers? Wattle development yet? Might be a week or two early yet, but males will become very red at the top of their beak on the fleshy cere.

No, not really red. But it is wide, which I guess is normal for a polish chicken...

I am hoping it is a she, but I plan to plead to the neighbors if it is a he... there is no zoning here so I want to stay friendly, but there isn't much they can do..
