This sounds awesome, I’d love to have a park nearby that we fed and invited animals to hangout around naturally! However, might not be the best situation for the duck. Here’s why... your duck is only 16 weeks old, and has been hand raised by you. It knows not how to find food but how to make a cute little face at you so you’ll feed him! If for whatever reason he wasn’t fed properly at the park, it would be a shame for him to pass away youngWell I understand your concern but our park we take care of all of the animals . But they are 16 weeks . And it’s just an idea I honestly doubt I could ever lose a baby . I am not having any issues w them being sexually active.

His young body is now adjusted to a feed schedule and certain feed that only you can give him!
Rehoming is a great possibility because then he will be cared for as a domestic duck, how he was raised in comparison to being treated as a wild duck when he doesn’t have the skill or survival sets needed for proper health and survival.
I see you aren’t too fond of giving anyone up though which is highly understandable!
Your best option in this case is to either add more females or just separate the males! You can keep them all together and block them off with fencing so they can see and talk to each other but not touch or breed. At 16 weeks old they aren’t too worried about breeding yet, but before you know it, it’s all they can think about.
Good luck with your sweet ducks!!
Keep us updated, we would love to know what you chose to do and how you make it work!
Ducks are a personal thing because at the end of the day they are YOUR pet. However everyone on here strives to do the best for all their pets!
