White cyst in day old chick?

Hello. Just had a batch hatch today. #4 came out with a small white bump on one side under its beak. Seems to be acting normally but I got the this one and the other three that hatched from different people... am concerned if it’s not healthy and could potentially pass on something to the others. Is it just a tumor or cyst or could be something more?

Hard to say because it’s so tiny. It feels squishy kind of and moves if I poke it. Honestly it looks like it’s infected somehow and has puss inside of it. Never had a chick born with an infection like that. Probably hatched 4 hours ago?
