White discharge from rear of chick

I have a 10 week old Rhode Island Red chick who was getting pecked at by another chick. All the feathers were plucked off. I separated her from all the rest and applied an antibiotic cream to her wounds. That was 3 days ago and today I notice a white discharge from her rear end. I am new to having chickens and have no idea of what this could be, any help would be great. Thanks

i had the same thing happen.... mine died the next day..... hopefully yours will pull through... id be interested in hearing the diagnosis also just incase it happens again.
