Does anyone raise White Dorkings? I am interested in finding chicks or hatching eggs (preferred) but only the White variety. The only place I know that handles the White Dorkings (Yellow House Farm in NH) is sold out for the year. Please contact me if you have any for sale or can collect fertile eggs to ship.

Have you found any, yet? Sandhill has some, they have a lot of Dorking varieties that I've looked at, but they often sell out of their Dorkings early. You could check with groups like the American Livestock Breeds Conservancy or American Poultry Association.

I just looked at Feathersite. Maybe one of the links on the Dorking page will help. http://www.feathersite.com/Poultry/CGD/Dorks/BRKDorks.html

I'm pretty sure Sand Hill does indeed have white dorkings... check their website or call them though, their sold-out hatches aren't updated properly on the website- I sent in my order/payment on 6/13 and the website says it's updated 6/14, the breeds I want are sold out through the 7/9 hatch, so I was hoping it was accurate and up to date... finally heard from them this past Monday and am told that now August 20 is the earliest I could expect them...
