White Duck + Mud .. Not Pretty!!

I know what you mean.
Every once in a while (actually often), I forget and leave the hose on and the water spills over the now clean pool and creates a pond in the yard....My ducks just LOVE IT.

Here they are playing in the muddy water

Here is Mr. Duck looking at me as if to say "What? we like mud!"

But they redeem themselves by taking a bath in the clean water aftewards!

Too funny

Lana is usually the messiest one in my flock (the buff).

Jack & Chrissy hit the pond for a good bath at least twice a day with much time spent preening afterward.
