Is this normal? She’s only 21 weeks, so, her lobes have only recently become more prominent. I think that they were always a little lighter than my other girls.

Earlobes can be red, white,....or blue. Depends upon the breed. Mixed breeds can take after either parent.

So, does the coloration look normal then? She is a barnyard mix from my first clutch. Her “siblings” from the same clutch all have red lobes, but she’s also quite a bit smaller than the other pullets.

I'd say she shares 1 parent but not both parents with the others. And lobes can change a bit like combs do when a hen isn't laying. See what she looks like in a few more weeks when she's laying.
