Is it possible today's first white egg is from a Buff Orpington?

I don't think my Easter Eggers or Black australorps are laying and the browns are coming from the New Hampshire

Do you have any white egg layers? Pics of your EE??? It could be that the egg traveled quickly by the "spray paint", not pausing long enough to get a dose of brown "paint". Or, you could have an EE who is really a white egg layer...Or even a Black leghorn who is masquerading as a BA.

We have gotten a strange white egg also. And that is the only one in seven years. So It could have been a mutant egg from an orpington. We had Orpintons at the time long with NHers and Wyandottes, EE so we think it was from the Orpington or a mutant EE

Definitely EEs are not laying yet. I will try and take a picture of one of the pullets that we were told at Tractor Supply was a Silver Laced Wyandotte chick. Well I guarantee it isn't. That pullet is definitely laying and today laid a small brown egg.

Row on the left is from the New Hampshire that was the first to lay and I even witnessed. Her eggs have been getting bigger and more round. A sample white store bought egg size Large is in the picture as comparison. You can also see yesterday's white egg in comparison. Today there was a similarly shaped brown so maybe the white one just skipped the spray paint process yesterday:O
