White Eggs!!!???

In the first photograph the cuckoo colored hen to the lower right has white earlobes-California Gray? Anyway she's your white egg layer. The "white" is most likely a splash cross and is a brown egg layer.

NOT marans. I have 3 black copper marans. They lay the darkest eggs. They do look like California Gray.

Your white bird looks like my "california white". They are crosses between a california gray and a leghorn. I have 3 and they are smaller birds but lay huge white eggs. I don't think they have white earlobes either.

My California Whites have white ear lobes and yellow legs, but otherwise look like your white chicken. They lay a large white egg nearly everyday.
