One of the India Blue Peahen eggs I hatched has white feather on both of its wings. Does this mean a split white or nothing at all?

It could be :
Split white.
Split pied.
Split silver pied.(there will be white eyes)
Dark pied.
Dark silver pied.(there will be white eyes)

Blue + white don't give pied bird! ... there is NO pied gene !
To have pied birds you must have the PIED gene!
Pied birds = pied gene + white gene.

Sorry, I don't know anything about peafowl genetics. ;) When you cross 2 cows you get characteristics of both parents, forgive my ignorance of not knowing about peafowl. :) Thank you for the information.
