White feathers on ducks

My Indian runners are starting to grow more white feathers.
Is this a food deficiency, or is what is causing this?

I also have fawn and white runners but I know they are white.

How old are they? It's not uncommon for some breeds or colors to get more white feathers as they age.

Chocolate and Blue.

Chocolate and Blue Runners have a black-base color. Black-base ducks will lose pigment in their feathers as they age and slowly turn white over time. It’s completely normal.

Most of them are more than a little over a year, I have 1 slightly under a year.

I personally must be Chocolate and Blue with a black base as I have turned white over time ;-)
