white growth in eye

Please...can anyone tell me what this is...it's really weird, like their is a growth inside the corner of her eye with an outside that is crusty.

Seems like Fowl Pox(wet).

it turns out the greyish stuff was just mud...it washed right off. and I was able to extract the white glob. Now she looks like this and her eye is all watery and there seems like a tiny amount of blood in the fluid...she isn't wheezing or anything. acting perfectly normal except not wanting to open that eye.
so I don't think it is pox anyone have any idea what it might be?:
