When fertile, there will be a white dot and then a very defined white circle to make a bullseye. What you're seeing is just the blastodisc. It is not fertile.

so it has to be a small bullseye?
Nope. Sorry. That's not a bullseye. The bullseye would be a tight circle around a smaller circle. The circles would both be white in color. Even when first fertilized, it's very noticeable. I know it can be confusing, but it's not fertile.
