White laced Polish rooster crow?

Hello everyone. I have 2 Polish chickens that I raised from day old chicks. They are now about 10 weeks old, and one has begun to make a very loud noise that I think is likely a crow (I can't keep roosters) I have never raised a roo before, so I honestly have no idea what beginning crows sound like. I recorded the noise. The video is all white, but you will clearly hear it! It sounds like a dinosaur Although I know in my heart what it is, I just need to hear it from other experienced chicken owners...
