White leghorn Cockrell or Pullet

Brother gave me two chickens to add to my flock. Not sure if this one is a Cockrell or Pullet. Being a white leghorn it us significantly larger than the other breeds I have.

It gets chased by the older hens but seems to want to mount and dominate the 2 lower in the pecking order.
