My white (8 month old) leghorn has stopped laying, has a floppy comb (more than usual), and is just not acting right. What can I do to help her?

My 3 yr. old leghorn also has a droopy comb and is not laying. Although, she is eating well. About 6-8 weeks ago it seemed she was molting (but ever so lightly). At that a time another hen started pecking at her comb - actually drawing blood. I separated the hen that was pecking from the flock for over a week while the leghorn healed. All is well now but she is still not laying. How can I tell if she is egg bound? I had another hen that was egg bound a few years back and she was really sick. My leghorn is not.
