So, forgive me for being so unknowledgeable but I have 6 chickens that are white leghorns. I was pretty sure that I had 3 roosters and 3 hens but am now wondering if I don't have 4 roosters. Do white leghorn HENS get combs and waddles?

Yes they do. Single comb Leghorn hens (there is a rose comb variety too) get rather large combs compared to females of other breeds. They tend to flop to one side and are pretty susceptible to frostbite in the colder months.
