White Leghorn sick!!!!

I really need help. I'm new to raising chickens this year and have 3 white leghorn and 3 Hybrid Reds. One of my white leghorns is not feeling good at all. She just stands around and doesn't move a lot and has what seems to be a egg with out shell coming out of her at times. It will be the yoke and the clear at different times. She is drinking water if I put her by the water and I have put Duramycin-10 in it for her to have a antibiotic. She's never been one to let me just pick her up but she has no problem with me catching her and holding her. When I put her back down she almost cannot get her balance. The top of her comb is turning black. HELP!!!!!

Ok. I just went out side to check her crop and it was HUGE. I messaged it and a LOT of feed come back up. It's still swollen a little but is not hard like before. Does that mean I got it unpacked or should I try again later?
