White Leghorns

Can someone tell me about classic California white leghorns?

The only white leghorn I've ever seen was a little stuffed toy one, so I'm not the person to ask. Others should be coming along shorted than know than that.

I used to have a white leghorn hen. They are wonderful layers and tend to be a bit skittish and flighty. Not the friendliest birds, but like I said, they are egg laying machines and beautiful big eggs too.
