white meat or dark meat?

Okay, question...Are the thighs considered dark meat? I dont think so, because i love them...but i cant stand the legs. they just taste so differantr to me.

AND white meat because it's yummy in chicken salad!

and pork, beef, quail, etc etc. i like all the meats. even the wonky ones. (including squid. one of my all time faves)
