Can anyone tell me what this white is on this Lavender Orpington’s beak?

First, let me say I'm NOT any sort of expert - but it sounds like a fungus, or maybe just dried food material. If it was a fungus, I'd treat it with human miconazole like you find in athlete's foot creams or vaginal yeast medication.
 
It looks like some dried feed to me. If it came off, then probably not something to worry about.
