It’s pretty hard to get a good picture of it. She only ate for two weeks then couldn’t get anything into her mouth. I consulted a vet and tried deeper dishes set at different heights. We played around with the food making it different consistencies. We finally fed her using a syringe. That worked fine and she was fat and healthy. Then a week ago, she got her beak stuck and tore off the outer shell on her beak. She also hurt her jaw. She’s always had that growth on the lower beak right on the top next to her head. Her right eye has always been a bit sunken in. Her top beak has always been thicker underneath and the right side of her beak turns to the right which makes it hard to breath out of that side. She also always looks like she has a chew of tobacco in her lip and that is what the white patches are on and one right as it’s going into her mouth. These just came up yesterday. I’m tube feeding her because when she tore her beak and hurt her jaw, she will not take any food with a syringe and started to loose weight fast. The vet said there was nothing they could do. To just keep her beak clean, put antibiotic ointment on it and keep her calm. For one day she acted like she was hurting. Now she is back to normal running everywhere in the house and playing with her cat. She has gone everywhere with me since I started feeding her at two weeks of age. She does live in the house but goes outside to get sun and bath in the dirt. We do have other chickens and turkeys but they are at the back of our acre and she never goes by them. They all appear to be healthy with no white patches on them.
