White plymoth rock / buff orpington

Will this cross make a good meat bird? Does anyone know. I dont see much about the white plymoth rocks posted around here? I'm asking the question because I have 5 of each. All straight run so at this point I dont know about the sex of any of them as they are only 8 days old now. But if I get lucky and have both boys and girls, I would like to cross them to have a nice plump and tasty bird. Any advice from the pro's on this?

well I am definitely not a pro but I am pretty sure they are both dual purpose birds, I do know that Buff Orpingtons are bigger birds than a Rock and are both very docile, at least for my experience,

I'm pretty sure your fine with crossing the two of them

Well, you cross a white Rock with ANYthing (and I mean, anything

) you will get a bigger bird than the non-Rock. But those two together? Sounds great!!!!
