White Plymouth Rock hen or roo

My white Plymouth rock grew a medium light pink comb overnight. Can hens grow combs? Is it a hen or a too?

Do you have a picture? How old is the bird? At some point pullets combs will become quite red as they near laying age.

It's hard to tell.

That is a boy. Pullets don't pink up until it is almost time to lay, usually after 14 weeks. Girls will not get that pink, that early.
