Doesn’t look like a cockerel to me yet

I wish I knew how to tell! What age do they crow?

I may be wrong but I see hackles. Any sign of a V comb? I can't tell from those photos. He/she is a lovely looking bird all the same!

What are hackles

Hackles are pointy neck feathers. Sickles are pointy arching hanging down tail feathers.
